Watch this video for details on how to email your customers.  BeachBody has created and entire CMC (customer management center) that allows you to stay in contact with your customer base.  If you are truly running a “business” with beachbody then staying in contact with your customers just makes good business sense.  Think of ATT, Capital One, GMC, Target, Pottery Barn – these are just a few examples of companies that continually reach out to you on email, newsletters, snailmail, and other means to stay in contact with you.  Your business should no different.  Here are a few recommendations.

1) Let ALL BeachBody customers know you are their coach and how to reach you
2) Let customers know about NEW PROMOTIONS (like the WOWY bonuses)
3) Update customers about improvements to products (protein bars or Recovery drink).
4) Let customers know about enhancements to specific products (maybe P90X customers don’t know about Tony Horton’s One-On-One DVD’s)
